The USPS system is overwhelmed this holiday season and is experiencing gridlock and back ups on scanning and shipping packages. What is happening is tracking is not getting updated due to the backlog. All orders have been shipped and picked up by our daily postal pick up. As USPS works through this, hopefully tracking will start to show up and packages will be delivered. We can assure if you tracking states pre-shipment it has in fact left our warehouse with a USPS carrier. We only have access to the same information once it leaves.
