Shipping policy

We generally ship in-stock items within 3 business days (we are closed on weekends and holidays).  As our workload fluctuates, sometimes it may be longer,  You can email customer service at orders@getondown.com to check the status of your order. 

Shipping times for pre-order items vary, so please check the item's page for more info.  If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock (ie: a pre-order item), we hold the entire order until that item becomes available.

Any shipping times shown at checkout are just estimates provided by the carriers and actual time in transit may vary.

Your order may be shipped in two or more separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.

We do not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. 

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you are responsible for any such fees or duties, or taxes.

Deliveries by default do not require a signature.

Please note that not all items are available for international shipping.
