Shipping policy

We generally ship in-stock items within 3 business days (we are closed on weekends and holidays).  As our workload fluctuates, the duration may sometimes be longer. You can email customer service at orders@getondown.com to check the status of your order. 

Shipping times for pre-order items vary, so please check the item's page for more info.  If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock (ie, a pre-order item), we hold the entire order until that item becomes available. Pre-ordered items are also subject to delays from the distributor or manufacturers 

Any shipping times shown at checkout are only estimates provided by the carriers, and actual time in transit may vary.  If a shipping time is stated, it takes effect on the day the carrier picks it up.  The transit times you see at checkout are only estimates. Holidays, time of year, traffic, and weather can all add extra days to transit time. 

Your order may be shipped in two or more separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.

We do not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. 

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you are responsible for any such fees or duties, or taxes.

Deliveries by default do not require a signature.

Please note that not all items are available for international shipping.
