Ricky Walters burst on the scene in NYC in the mid-eighties as MC Ricky D and released two classics, "The Show" and "La-Di-Da-Di" as part of Doug E Fresh's Get Fresh Crew. He began working on solo material for what would become his classic 1988 debut album on Def Jam, The Great Adventures of Slick Rick. This 45 contains two early demo cuts of "Children's Story" and "Hey Young World."
Packaged in a black paper sleeve.
