Upstate New York recording artist Black Geez was given a second chance 2015 and he's not wasting it. Geez was convicted of a fatal shooting in 2006 and sentenced to life in prison. However, he maintained his innocence for the 9 years he served and in 2015 his murder charge was reversed. Having already established himself as one of the hardest rappers to ever come out of Rochester, New York, he got right back to it. Last year's Concrete Struggle put him on tastemakers radars and his 2020 sequel, Concrete Struggle 2, has solidified him as a name on the rise. This offering is fully produced by 38 Spesh, who also features on "It's Time."
