Two key figures in New York hip-hop whose respective come-ups were tied to their shared city, Dave East and Harry Fraud, rightfully earned respect amid their distinct paths to success. Five years ago, in late July of 2021, the rapper from Harlem and the Brooklyn-bred producer dropped HOFFA - their critically acclaimed fourteen-track mafioso rap saga - and began building the foundation for their newest collaborative album Price of Pain.
