Scarface released his third studio album, The Diary, in October 1994, featuring more polished production by legendary producers Mike Dean and N.O. Joe. The album would become a fan favorite in Scarface's discography and would end up as one of the top-selling Rap-A-Lot releases of the 1990s, earning platinum certification within a couple of months of its release and establishing Scarface as one of the top storytelling lyricists. In celebration of Rap-A-Lot's 40th Anniversary, Rap-A-Lot and Virgin Music Group are reissuing The Diary in a limited edition cassette. Newly remastered, this definitive edition includes the original 1994 artwork, carefully restored by acclaimed designer Mr. Krum. Featuring fan favorites like “No Tears” and “I Seen a Man Die,” this platinum-certified classic is presented with upgraded audio, making it the most comprehensive edition to date.
