In the early 2000s Saigon gained huge underground buzz and would eventually be signed to Atlantic Records with Just Blaze as executive producer of his debut album. The label dragged their feet and never released the album. Saigon eventually got out of his deal and was able to release his album independently in 2011. Turtle should have fought harder for his artist!
